OUR COMPANY
We are providing building management solution to building owner using TREND Building Management System. TREND is a strong market position in UK, Europe, and other regions around the world. TREND is a BSI registered company, complying with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001. The quality assurance standard covers the sales, marketing, design, manufacture and support of Building Energy Management Systems. TREND also operates an Environmental Management System which complies with the requirements of ISO 14001:2004.
TREND Building Management System provides fully integrated control solutions, which are able to meet the most complex requirements of modern buildings.TREND Building Management System is capable to use for diverse industry like University, Airport, Hotels and Office Building, Hospital, and School to monitor and control for less carbon emission, and increase effectiveness of energy usage with no impact on user comfort and building operations.
We are organized with extensive knowledge and experienced personal, and highly trained by Singapore, adaptive control system (system integrator) in Singapore for TREND BMS system, and providing efficient and fast response, lower operation cost and reliable for building owner. We are providing quality management, co-ordination, system integration and installation services.
TECHNOLOGY
BMS: Building Management System are computer-based that help to manage, control and monitor building technical and facility services (HVAC, lighting, fire alarm system, lift and elevators, etc.) and the energy consumption of devices used by the building. They provide the information and the tools that building managers need both to understand the energy usage of their building and to control and improve their buildings’ energy performance.
